Provider and Payer Connect Program

Participant Terms & Conditions

1. Complimentary ticket: ViVE’s Provider and Payer Connect Program provides a complimentary ticket for qualifying purchasing decision makers to attend ViVE on February 25-28, 2024. The event will take place at the Los Angeles Convention Center. Tickets to the event are all-access and include exhibit hall, content sessions, networking opportunities and all provided meals.

2. Qualifications: Individuals applying must: (a) be a senior level executive responsible for purchasing or evaluating digital health technology or other solutions for their organizations, and (b) agree to take a minimum of eight (8) 15-minute meetings with participating sponsors in the Provider and Payer Connect program. All meetings are based on a double opt-in scheduling process.

3. Platinum Participants: Qualified decision makers who schedule and attend twelve (12) or more Provider and Payer Connect meetings at ViVE with participating sponsors will be deemed a Platinum Participant. All Platinum Participants qualify for a $750 hotel/travel reimbursement post-event as an added benefit. The twelve (12) meeting on-site minimum is mandatory and all meetings must take place in the Provider and Payer Connect Lounge.

4. Meeting Times: Participants must commit to being available for all Provider and Payer Connect meetings during the hours of the event within the following dedicated program timeslots (PST):

   • Monday, February 26 from 8:20am - 1:00pm and 2:00-5:00pm
   • Tuesday, February 27 from 8:20am - 1:00pm and 2:00-5:00pm
   
   The Provider and Payer Connect matchmaking platform will launch on January 31, 2024, and participants will have the ability to manage their availability within the dedicated program hours by indicating specific time slots in the matchmaking platform schedule they are able to participate in a potential Provider and Payer Connect meeting.

   All meeting schedules must be finalized prior to the event. Meeting schedules must be spread across two days and cannot be back to back.

5. Travel Arrangements: You are responsible for making your own travel and accommodation arrangements to attend ViVE. You can book an onsite hotel room through our dedicated room blocks closest to the Los Angeles Convention Center by clicking here; we do not guarantee the availability of our hotel room block and recommend booking early.

6. Program Participation: Participants will receive an invite email 3 weeks prior to the event to access the Provider and Payer Connect Platform. At that time, you will gain exclusive access to view participating sponsors and send/accept requests to schedule your own 1:1 meetings in advance. You agree to participate in this process by (a) completing a short application during the registration process (b) logging into the platform within 10 days of going LIVE (c) sending meeting requests to sponsors and scheduling a minimum of eight (8) 15-minute meetings, (d) adding meetings to your calendar, (e) attending all scheduled meetings. Following ViVE, you agree to provide post-event feedback on the program and rate each of your meetings.

7. One-to-One Meetings: To maintain the integrity of the program, we do not permit requests to combine meetings with other individuals from your organization that are also participating in the program. If more than one person from your organization is enrolled in the program, each individual must complete a minimum of eight (8) 1:1 meetings.

8. Failure to Complete Meetings: If you pick up your badge onsite or otherwise attend ViVE but do not complete your scheduled meetings, you will not be able to participate in the Provider and Payer Connect Program for one or more future years.

9. Cancellation & Substitutes: If you are approved for the Provider and Payer Connect Program and are then unable to participate, you agree to suggest one or more substitutes from your organization as your replacement in the program. Acceptance of any substitute is subject to the ViVE team’s approval. You may cancel your participation without penalty by January 30, 2024. It is imperative that you do not cancel after the program has opened to the participating sponsors. Cancellation requests must be received in writing to connectprogram@viveevent.com. Any participant canceling after this deadline and not providing a substitute or failing to show for a scheduled meeting will not be permitted to participate in this program in future events.

10. Travel Stipend (Platinum Participants only): Participants who schedule and attend 12 or more Provider and Payer Connect meetings qualify for a free ViVE ticket plus a $750 hotel/travel reimbursement post-event. If you are unable to attend 12 or more meetings in the Provider and Payer Connect Lounge while onsite, you will not be eligible to receive a hotel/travel reimbursement. Notwithstanding the foregoing, we reserve the right at our sole discretion to prorate your travel/hotel reimbursement calculated based on the total meetings for which you were scheduled.

    All Platinum Participants will receive communication regarding how to redeem their $750 travel stipend within 30 days post event. Please note that ViVE will not reimburse for any mileage points or rewards used for travel.

11. Information Sharing: ViVE reserves the right to share any information you provide to us with participating sponsors at various stages of the Provider and Payer Connect Program process. ViVE may share email addresses only with participating sponsors that you met with as part of the Provider and Payer Connect Program.

Qualification for the Provider and Payer Connect Program is determined solely by ViVE and decisions may be reversed at any time. By completing registration, you agree to these Provider and Payer Connect Terms & Conditions.
