INCLUDED

  • Each 10’x20’ space-only booth comes with an 8’ high white backwall that cannot be removed. Each space includes ViVE branded wall dividers between the neighboring booths for separation.

    • The interior space dims of the space-only booth are: 9'.5" x 19'.5". 

    • Please work directly with T3 Expo to order graphics for the backwall. 

    • If you are bringing your own setup for a 10’x20’ space, it must be placed against the backwall provided. This is not a raw space, we cannot accommodate the removal of the backwall.

  • 20’x20’ space-only booths and larger are island booths and will not have any walls around them.

  • Each space comes with a prebuilt booth which includes furniture, carpet, monitors, A/V and electrical. To see what’s included with each booth option, reference the exhibitor kit.

    • Monitors will have an HDMI cable. Adapters can be requested on-site. Monitors are NOT smart TVs and DO NOT have active USB inputs. Monitors DO NOT come with a laptop. If you require a USB input, please order a media player in the Misc. section of the AV order form.

  • Each 10’x10’ and 10’x20’ turnkey booths include ViVE branded wall dividers between the neighboring booths for separation.

  • Standard power (5 amp) & power strip, quantity varies based on the turnkey size.

NOT INCLUDED

  • F&B (Taste of Los Angeles. *No outside food and beverage is allowed; Taste of LA is the exclusive F&B provider).

LOCATION

Booths are located on the show floor of The Los Angeles Convention Center (South Hall, Level 1).

DISPLAY GUIDELINES

Any items placed on your booth must fit within the space provided. Exhibitor guidelines can be found here.

IMPORTANT

ARTWORK DEADLINE

Sponsor graphics must be submitted no later than Monday, January 15, 2024

WIFI/INTERNET

Complimentary Wifi will be provided in the exhibit hall to all attendees, however ViVE cannot guarantee uptime consistency throughout the duration of the event. We strongly recommend a dedicated internet connection if you intend to stream audio/video content or conduct live demonstrations/presentations within and around your exhibit.

RULES & REGULATIONS

  1. Exhibitors and Sponsors must abide by all rules and regulations.

  3. A/V and other services may be ordered online through the Exhibitor Kit.

  4. Please use the Exhibitor Kit for artwork dimensions, templates and instructions on how to submit your graphics. You can also find this in your Sponsor Task List

  5. Please note that artwork must be high-resolution images (150 - 300 dpi JPG, TIF, PSD, EPS or .Ai files accepted). Adobe Illustrator and Adobe InDesign files are preferred.

  6. ViVE is not responsible for poor quality image print if the above requirements are not met.

  7. Files submitted after the deadline may be subject to additional charges.
