INCLUDED
Each 10’ x 20’ booth will be set with 8’ high white fabric panels and 3’ high white side panel dividers. Interior space dimensions are 9’.5" x 19’.5"
Please note: Booths 20x20 and larger are Island booths and will not have any walls
We strongly recommend a dedicated internet connection if you intend to stream audio/video content or conduct live demonstrations/presentations within and around your exhibit. Complimentary Wifi will be provided in the exhibit hall to all attendees, however ViVE cannot guarantee uptime consistency throughout the duration of the event.

Electrical - may be ordered through Music City Center.
F&B - may be ordered through Music City Center (contact information may be found in the exhibitor kit). *No outside food and beverage is allowed; Music City Center is the exclusive F&B provider.
TURNKEY

Each space comes with a prebuilt booth which includes furniture, carpet, monitors, AV and electrical. To see what’s included with each booth option, reference the exhibitor kit.
Standard power (5 amp), quantity varies based on the turnkey size.

LOCATION
Booths are located inside the Exhibit Hall on Level 3 of Music City Center.

INSURANCE & EAC REQUIREMENTS
For Exhibitors: As a sponsor benefit, ViVE will be including liability insurance which meets all insurance requirements for ViVE 2023. This benefit only applies to the exhibitor contracted directly with ViVE. Exhibitors are not required to submit their own compliant insurance.
If your company plans to bring in the services of any independent contractors other than T3 Expo, you must complete and submit the EAC form along with the EAC’s Certificate of Insurance to orders@t3expo.com by Friday, February 24, 2023. To download the EAC form and view the EAC and COI requirements please refer to the exhibitor kit.
IMPORTANT
ARTWORK DEADLINE
Sponsor artwork must be submitted no later than Friday, February 24, 2023.

RULES & REGULATIONS
Exhibitor and Sponsors must abide by all rules and regulations.
A/V and other services may be ordered online through the Exhibitor Kit.
Please note that artwork must be high-resolution images (150 - 300 dpi JPG, TIF, PSD, EPS or .Ai files accepted). Adobe Illustrator and Adobe InDesign files are preferred.
ViVE is not responsible for poor quality image print if the above requirements are not met.
Files submitted after the deadline may be subject to additional charges.
