Hosted Buyer Program

Identify your next partner with ViVE's Hosted Buyer Program. Combining algorithmic matching with our double-opt in meeting scheduler, our platform connects health buyers and solution providers in a series of 1-to-1 meetings.

Designed to assist senior executives and decision-makers in evaluating digital health solutions, the Hosted Buyer Program helps accelerate internal projects, due diligence and strategic priorities.

Schedule

The Hosted Buyer Program matches qualified, vetted buyers with qualified, participating sponsors in a series of one-on-one, 15-minute meetings. All Hosted meetings will take place during ViVE within the dedicated program time slots:

Monday, March 7: 10am-12pm, 1-3pm ET

Tuesday, March 8: 10am-12pm, 1-3pm ET

All meetings are based on a mutual, double opt-in matchmaking process where participants can schedule their own meetings within the matchmaking platform. Participants will have the flexibility to manage their own specific meeting schedules by selecting specific slots for which they are available to participate in meetings.

ViVE selected its event-based matchmaking platform to balance B2B networking exposure with relevant, high-quality curated meetings.

AI Technology

The platform uses AI technology to offer a personalized event experience before and during the event by enabling participants to choose whom they wish to meet

Exclusive Acces to
Sponsors & Buyers

Approximately 3 weeks before the event, participants will gain exclusive access to the Hosted Buyer Platform to view participating sponsors and buyers.

Finalize Schedule

Participants will finalize their schedule in advance with mutually agreed-upon meetings.

February 10 - March 4
Schedule meetings via a double opt-in matchmaking process by sending/accepting requests

Hosted program closes for new registrations and meeting packages

Meeting schedules are finalized in preparation for the event

Requirements


Responsible for buying and/or evaluating digital health technologies or solutions for your organization


Participate in a minimum of eight (8), 15-minute 1:1 meetings with participating solution providers, a minimum of two hours of meetings, in exchange for a complimentary ViVE ticket.


Provide information, interests and preferences that helps to efficiently arrange mutually beneficial meetings


Actively engage in the online matchmaking portal to pre-schedule your meetings prior to the event


Attend all scheduled meetings whether onsite and/or virtually through the matchmaking platform’s native video conferencing tool. No need for additional downloads, all in a single user experience.


Provide post-event feedback and ratings on each meeting

Cancellation policy: If you become unable to participate in the program, you may cancel your registration without penalty before February 9th, 2021 at 5pm ET. Cancellation requests must be received in writing to hostedbuyer@viveevent.com. Any Hosted Buyer canceling after this deadline, or failing to show for a scheduled meeting, will not be permitted to participate in this program in future events.
