Solutions S1 Ep2: Giving healthcare consumers the power of choice - featuring Kristen Valdes of b.well Connected Health

Patients can take control of their healthcare journey through data, analytic tools, and access. Welcome to a 5 podcast series about ViVE! We are incredibly happy to be launching with this first episode in which we have the pleasure to interview Kristen Valdes. Kristen is the founder and CEO of b.well Connected Health, and is a truly transformative and innovative force to be reckoned with in the healthcare industry.

Miss Valdes really wants to remove the friction between consumers and providers in healthcare, and recognizes that it comes from both sides. She also shares what her coined term portalitis is, the problem with too many portals and passwords used by consumers, how they are fulfilling the promise of healthcare equity, and giving consumers a way to choose what’s best for them.
