Enhanced Safety Measures for ViVE 2025

Venue Entry Points

To streamline access and enhance security, attendees can only enter the MCC at these designated locations:

Security Protocols

Increased Security Personnel: Additional guards will monitor entrances and key areas inside the venue to ensure only registered attendees are on-site.
Wristbands & Badges: Attendees must wear branded fabric wristbands and display photo badges at all times while inside the MCC, including upon entry.
Enhanced Entry Screening: Open Gates electromagnetic scanners will be placed at each entry point for seamless and secure attendee access.

Badge Pick-Up Guidelines
To streamline badge pick-up, we’ve implemented the following protocols:

Photo IDs Required: Each attendee must pick up their own badge—no exceptions.
Photo on Badges: Your headshot will be printed on your badge. Be sure to upload your photo ahead of time!
Special Badge Pick-Up Location: If you need to purchase tickets, transfer a registration, or upload your headshot, please proceed to 5th Avenue near Demonbreun (across from the Country Music Hall of Fame).

Vendor Access

All vendors, including EAC labor, must enter the venue via the MCC Command Center.

Enhanced Safety at MCC

No-Carry Policy: ViVE will be a “no-carry” event within the MCC.
Technology Upgrades: The MCC has implemented advanced facial recognition technology and an upgraded camera system for enhanced monitoring.
Metro Police Collaboration: We’re working closely with Metro Police, located directly across the street, to ensure your safety.

Off-Site Event Requirements

Planning to attend Good Night @ ViVE or Industry Night? You’ll need both your badge and wristband—no exceptions.

Helpful Tips

Discretion Outside the Event: We encourage you to keep your badge out of sight when walking outside the MCC, such as to your hotel or dinner.
