Nancy Gin, MD, FACP, is executive vice president of quality and chief quality officer for The Permanente Federation, overseeing clinical quality and safety for nearly 24,000 physicians nationwide in 8 Kaiser Permanente regions from Hawaii to the Mid-Atlantic and 12.6 million members. Her responsibilities include leadership of the National Permanente Quality Leaders and co-lead of the Kaiser Permanente National Quality Committee.
