Jill joined Cain Brothers in 2006 and has over 25 years of experience advising both public and private companies in a variety of transactions across many sectors of the healthcare industry. Prior to Cain Brothers Jill co-founded Townsend Frew & Co., a healthcare-focused M&A boutique that was later acquired by Edgeview Partners.
