Kearstin Jorgenson is the operations director for Intermountain Physician Advisor Services (IPAS). In this role Kearstin supports operations for physician utilization review, clinical documentation integrity, physician education and physician appeals and denials. Kearstin has worked at Intermountain Health for 20 years and has held several leadership roles, including starting a revenue integrity team and operationalizing a new department of 60 individuals including nurses, coders and analysts.
