We're thrilled to unveil the all-new Ambassador Program for ViVE 2024!
This exciting initiative is geared toward CHIME members! It has been designed to empower executives to champion ViVE as the ultimate platform for digital health decision-makers, acquaint them with the Provider Connect Matchmaking Program (formerly Hosted Buyer), and ensure ViVE's position as the leading marketplace event for hospital and health system decision-makers and influencers.
The ViVE Ambassador Program allows you to champion ViVE as an efficient platform for your team to attend at no cost. Time at VIVE can be spent experiencing 3 days of programming, navigating the show floor featuring over 800 sponsors, networking with like-minded executives, and enjoying evening networking events. As part of this experience, your qualified team members can participate in Provider Connect – ViVE’s double opt-in matchmaking program.

What is Provider Connect?
Provider Connect is our double opt-in matchmaking program that helps hospital and health system executives— responsible for purchasing decision-making and influencing— explore solutions and services offered by participating sponsors at ViVE 2024 aimed at addressing various issues and needs across the healthcare technology ecosystem. ✓ Delivered on a streamlined pre-scheduled meeting format through the VIVE platform, engaging both parties in a series of eight or more one-to-one, 15-minute meetings in the Provider Connect lounge right on the show floor
✓ Meant to forge connections with participating sponsors to help you solve problems and meet key organizational goals. Learn what’s out there and be a hero back at home!
✓ A program that recognizes some of our most essential attendees and offers free registration and $750 toward travel expenses if 12 or more meetings are scheduled and completed!
How to Engage Your Team in Provider Connect

Identify your team members
Communicate interest and a list of team members to the ViVE Ambassador team HERE
Have your stakeholders apply for the Provider Connect through the ViVE Registration Path HERE
Receive a response from the ViVE Ambassador team within 3 business days
Register yourself using the provided Ambassador discount code.
Once the Provider Connect platform opens, your participants can start to request or accept meetings
Attend ViVE 2024 and engage in a minimum of 8 pre-scheduled double opt-in meetings
Take 12 or more, and each participant is eligible to receive a $750 travel stipend post-event

HOW Can You Become a VIVE Ambassador?
Commit to delivering 3 or more qualified key stakeholders from your organization to participate (in-person) in the Provider Connect program at ViVE 2024
Indicate your interest in the ViVE Ambassador team by applying.
Upon review, the ViVE Ambassador team will send you an email with your discount code to be used through registration for all your Stakeholders.
Please be sure to have your stakeholders apply for Provider Connect through the ViVE website
Participants must be director level and above and a purchasing decision maker or influencer for your organization
Once you have met the 3-executive minimum – and they are approved and active in Provider Connect – you will be given a code to register for ViVE at no cost and start enjoying the benefits of the Ambassador Program!
If you represent a smaller organization and participation in the Provider Connect program is right for you - simply skip to the Provider Connect application process!
NOTE: You may also become a ViVE Ambassador by delivering the 3 or more of the same level participants as General Attendees to ViVE 2024 at a discounted rate of $1895 ($2995 value).
